I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian, I was raised this way, and in my opinion meat is not a necessary part of everyone’s diet. I do take a multi-vitamin every so often, and a b complex maybe once a week or so, I’ve turned out fine.
I’m not going to preach vegetarianism to you, food is a personal choice. If this means you eat meat, great! Enjoy it. I do say: think about where it’s coming from and I encourage you to look for free-range animal products.
