This meal was inspired by this recipe, and is simply amazing, I’m looking forward to more variations on this simple Chinese idea.

Ingredients:

Dumplings:

• Mushrooms
• Onion
• Garlic
• Soy Sauce
• Dumpling wrapper

Soup:

• Teriyaki sauce (about a quarter cup)
• Soy Sauce
• Small teaspoon of Tom Yum soup mix
• Scallions
• Parsley
