A good friend came over this afternoon with some veggies from a CSA, here’s what came of it.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Onion
  • 5 Apache chillies
  • Small green (not hot) peppers
  • Beet greens
  • King oyster mushrooms
  • Topped with fresh parmesan
