Simple and superb! A Mediterranean flavored dish with local veggies and the wonderful za’atar mixture from the local middle eastern market here in SD.
- 1 handful of garlic scapes
- 1 fresh tomato
- chickpeas (one cup dried) maybe two cans worth?
- 1 bunch of swiss chard
- 1/3rd a bunch of fresh parsley
- 2 medium tablespoons of za’atar
